During the warranty period the manufacturer will fix your boiler at no extra cost and as a general rule the longer warranty offers are provided by the higher quality boiler manufacturers.

With every installation you will benefit from a year’s free central heating repair and maintenance service, with a customer helpline available, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. You also have options to extend this heating system guarantee for up to 10 years. 

We guarantee that spare parts will be available for at least 10 years after the installation of your new boiler.

With full public liability insurance to cover any accidents that may occur during and after the installation, you can have peace of mind that safety is a priority. All our engineers carry an ID card so you'll know you're dealing with a genuine Gas Safe registered company.
